Return & Exchange Policy for CatchWear LLC

At CatchWear LLC, we aim to provide a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience. This Return & Exchange Policy outlines our guidelines for returning or exchanging items.
1. Return Eligibility & Timeframe
- We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Returns requested beyond 30 days will not be accepted.
Refund & Store Credit Breakdown
- Returns within 14 days: Eligible for a full refund to the original payment method.
- Returns between 15-30 days: Eligible for store credit only for the full purchase amount.
- Return Shipping Costs: If you choose to use our prepaid USPS return label, a flat fee of $9.99 will be deducted from your refund or store credit. Customers may also ship the return themselves using their preferred carrier, but we strongly recommend a trackable shipping service to prevent lost packages.
- Payment processing time: After initiating a refund, it may take up to 15 business days for you to see the refunded amount reflected in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.
2. Non-Returnable & Limited Return Items
The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
❌ Custom-made or personalized products (including embroidered, modified, or special-request items).
❌ Final sale or clearance items (store credit only, must be returned within 14 days).
❌ Seasonal or limited-edition items (store credit only, must be returned within 14 days).
3. Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, you can return the item following our return policy and place a new order.
Pricing Adjustment: If you repurchase the same item in a different size or color within 7 days of your return request, contact us at support@catchwearllc.com, and we may be able to offer a one-time discount to match your original purchase price.
- Returns within 14 days: Eligible for a full refund (minus the return label fee).
- Returns between 15-30 days: Eligible for store credit for the purchase amount.
4. Return Process

2️⃣ Receive Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
3️⃣ Ship the Return: Use a trackable shipping service to send the item back.
📦 Processing Time:
- Returns and exchanges are processed within 2-7 business days after the returned item is received.
- Refunds may take 15 business days to reflect in your account.
5. Return Shipping & Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
- We do not refund original shipping charges from the initial purchase.
- Using a trackable shipping service is highly recommended, as CatchWear LLC is not responsible for lost return packages.
6. Condition of Returned Items
✅ Items must be unwashed, unworn, and free from stains, pet hair, or odors.
🚫 Items returned in unsellable condition will be rejected and donated—no refund or exchange will be processed.
🚫 Items not originally purchased from CatchWear LLC will not be accepted.
7. Abuse & Fraud Prevention
We monitor return and exchange activity and reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges in cases of:
- Excessive return behavior (e.g., consistently returning a high percentage of orders).
- Fraudulent claims (e.g., falsely reporting defective items).
- Repeated policy violations.
